NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A man was fatally shot and another injured in a in a robbery that occurred Sunday evening in the Bronx, authorities said.
Just before 6 p.m., police responded to a 911 call of a robbery in front of 2025 Seward Ave. in Castle Hill.
Upon arrival, officers observed 26-year-old Tyreek Moore who suffered a gunshot wound to the back and a 24-year-old man who sustained pain and bruising to the head after he was struck on the side of his head with a gun.
EMS transported the men to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi, where Moore was pronounced dead. The 24-year-old man is listed in stable condition.
The NYPD are searching for three men wearing all black and a woman wearing all gray.
There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
