NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 64-year-old man was rescued from a luxury apartment building in the Bronx after getting trapped in its trash compactor chute on Friday morning, according to the FDNY.
Firefighters responded to the building at 40 Bruckner Blvd. in Mott Haven just before 12 p.m., fire officials said.
The man was taken in stable condition to an area hospital.
Few other details were released.
