NEW YORK(1010 WINS) -- A 43-year-old man went into a Lower East Side candy shop after he was shot during a dispute in the lobby of a Lower East Side building on Sunday night, police said.
The incident happened at about 9:20 p.m. during an argument between two men at the building on Allen Street near Delancey Street, officials said.
After he was shot, the victim is seen running into a candy store on Allen Street holding his chest, while a man outside the store called 911, according to a video obtained by the New York Post.
The victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition, the NYPD said.
There have been no arrests and an investigation is ongoing.
