NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) — Police are investigating after a man was shot inside a NYCHA apartment complex on the Upper West Side Sunday night.
It happened at approximately 11:30 p.m. at the Frederick Douglass Houses located at 845 Columbus Ave., authorities said.
According to officials, a 26-year-old man was shot once in the torso.
Four men on Citi Bikes fled the scene going southbound, cops said.
The victim was transported to Mount Sinai Morningside.
