NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are searching for a man who shoved a 71-year-old woman to the ground in the Garment District, fracturing her elbow.
The victim was walking on 7th Avenue near West 36th Street around 5:50 p.m. on Nov. 8 when the man bumped into her, officials said.
He shoved her to the ground, fracturing her elbow before fleeing on foot, according to authorities.
The woman went to a nearby hospital by private means.
