NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are investigating the death of a 24-year-old man who was repeatedly shot while sitting inside a car on a Queens street Sunday night.
According to officials, at approximately 8:15 p.m., the victim was sitting inside a Nissan Maxima at the corner of 200th Street and 111th Avenue in the St. Albans section when he was struck by multiple bullets, according to police.
The victim was taken to Jamaica Hospital where he was pronounced dead, authorities said.
There have been no arrests were made as of early Monday, the NYPD said.
An investigation is ongoing.
