NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are searching for a pair of men accused of slashing one man and pushing another onto subway tracks during a fight at a Midtown station on Saturday night.
The two victims, ages 37 and 39, were on the southbound F platform at the 57th Street subway station just after 11 p.m. when they were approached by the suspects.
Police said that the men got into a verbal altercation, which turned violent when the first suspect pulled out an unknown, sharp object and slashed the older victim in the hand, causing a laceration.

The second suspect then shoved the younger victim, who fell onto the subway tracks, officials said.
Medics transported the victims to New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center in stable condition.
That suspected slasher was last seen wearing a ski mask, purple jacket, brown sweatshirt, black sweatpants and white sneakers, police said. The other suspect, accused of pushing the 37-year-old, was last seen in a gray sweatshirt, orange jacket, black sweatpants and white sneakers.
Police released surveillance photos of the suspects on Sunday night.
There have been no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
