NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A man was hospitalized Monday evening in Manhattan after he was attacked by a couple following a dispute, officials said.
According to police, the victim was in the vicinity of 47th Street and 2nd Avenue in Midtown when an argument between himself and a man and woman.
The attackers then slashed the man in the face and stabbed him in the stomach, the NYPD said.
The victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital to be treated for his injuries and and is expected to survive.
Both suspects fled on 47th Street and remain on the loose, officials said.
An investigation remains ongoing.
