PHOTOS: Man sought after grabbing woman's buttocks in Manhattan subway station

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police released photos late Saturday of a suspect they say forcibly grabbed a woman's buttocks in the Canal Street subway station last week.

Cops said the incident happened on Dec. 8 at around 4:06 p.m. on the mezzanine of the station, located at Avenue of the Americas and West Broadway, when the suspect approached the 52-year-old victim as she was attempting to leave the station and forcibly grabbed her buttocks over her clothing.

The suspect then fled to a southbound train platform. Authorities said no injuries were reported as a result of the incident.

Police said the man is in his late 30's, 6 feet tall and around 220 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark colored hat, blue sweatshirt and dark colored jacket with a fur lined hood.
