
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for a suspect in the stabbing of a man at Coney Island’s Luna Park last weekend.

The NYPD released a surveillance image Friday of the suspected stabber.
The 22-year-old victim was on the Riegalman Boardwalk, right near the Thunderbolt rollercoaster, around 11:15 p.m. Saturday when he was approached by a group of people.
At some point, a man in the group then stabbed the victim in the back and slashed him across his arms and abdomen, according to police.
It's unclear what may have sparked the assault.
The victim was taken to an area hospital in stable condition.
