
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Police were searching for a suspect Monday after a man was stabbed in broad daylight outside the bustling Port Authority Bus Terminal in Midtown Manhattan.
The victim was stabbed just before 10:30 a.m. at West 41st Street and Eighth Avenue, near the entrances to the New York Times Building.
Responding officers found victim, who's in his 30s, on the sidewalk with a stab wound to his torso.
He was transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue in stable condition.
The circumstances surrounding the attack weren’t immediately clear. The victim was being uncooperative with investigators, police said.
The suspect was last seen fleeing on foot on West 41st Street.
