NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Officials are investigating after a man was stabbed in the head during an attempted robbery in East Harlem early Monday.
According to authorities, at around 1 a.m., the victim was at the intersection of Second Avenue and East 108th Street when he was knifed by the would-be thief.
Police took the suspect into custody.
The attacker's charges were not immediately available.
The victim's condition also remains unknown.
