NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Fire officials arrested a 45-year-old man for storing a "very dangerous" amount of propane tanks next to residential buildings in Queens, according to a report from the New York Post.
Sources told the outlet that Hary Arafa was was arrested by FDNY Fire Marshalls for illegally keeping 104 propane tanks which created a "grave risk of danger to the public" at an outdoor parking area at 8-51 Astoria Boulevard in Long Island City.
Arafa runs Taheen Halal Food Inc., was charged with reckless endangerment, sources added.
