Cops said the incident occurred after 3:30 p.m. when a northbound N-train struck the victim on the Lower Manhattan bridge.
Authorities said their condition remains unclear.
The MTA said the N train, along with the Q/R/W lines, were rerouted/experiencing major delays after the incident and as officials repair a signal.
