
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD launched an investigation into a drive-by shooting outside of a Brooklyn restaurant that left a man in critical condition early Monday.
Just after midnight, a gunman opened fire on a group outside of Room 1Hundred located on Jamaica Avenue in Cypress Hill, striking a 35-year-old man in the head, officials said.
The victim was rushed to an area hospital where he was listed in critical condition.
As many a 13 shots were believed to have been fired.
It is unclear if the victim was the intended target.
So far no arrests have been made and an investigation is ongoing.
