Man struck with glass cup inside NoHo bar

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police released photos on Friday of a man they said struck another man with a glass cup during an argument inside a Manhattan bar last weekend.

It happened at approximately 2 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 25, while inside of Phebe's Tavern located at 361 Bowery in NoHo.

According to officials, the suspect was engaged in a physical dispute with a 20-year-old man when he stuck the victim in the face with a glass cup.

The suspect then fled on foot in an unknown direction.

The victim was treated at an area hospital for a laceration to his eye.
