NEW YORK (1010 WINS) —The NYPD is searching for a man who robbed a midtown Manhattan TD Bank Wednesday morning.
At approximately 10:19 a.m., the unknown man entered a TD Bank located at 953 Third Avenue, approached the teller, and passed a note that demanded money with a threat to start shooting, according to officials.
The teller provided the individual with an unknown amount of cash, then fled the location on foot heading northbound on Third Avenue toward East 58 Street, authorities said.
Police describe the suspect as male approximately 50-60 years of age, 5'7" in height with a dark complexion and a medium build.
He was last seen wearing black pants, tan-colored construction workboots, a black long sleeve hooded sweatshirt, a black baseball cap, black frame eyeglasses, and a face-covering mask.
