
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for a man wanted for twisting the arm of a Queens KFC worker during a robbery over the weekend, authorities said Wednesday as they released surveillance footage.
At approximately 6:20 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 24, the suspect entered a KFC at 87-19 Jamaica Ave. in Woodhaven where he approached a 26-year-old store employee, grabbed and twisted her arm and demanded cash.
The suspect stole $617 that was on top of the cash register and fled northbound on 88th Street to parts unknown.
There were no injuries reported during this incident.
The suspect was last seen wearing a beige sweat suit, a purple sneaker, and glasses.
