NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police on Wednesday released a photo of a man accused of bashing a victim in the head with a baseball bat on Bronx street last month.
At approximately 3 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 19, the victim, a 30-year-old man was in front of 1138 Teller Ave. in East Concourse when he was approached by the suspect, officials said.
The suspect then used a baseball bat to strike the victim on the head causing minor injuries, before fleeing in a red vehicle, cops said.
EMS responded and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln in stable condition.
