NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD released surveillance images Friday of one of two men wanted for a machete attack at a Bronx subway station last weekend.

Two male victims, ages 44 and 32, were attacked during a dispute at the West Farms Square–East Tremont Avenue 2/5 station around 4:30 p.m. Sunday, police said.

During the altercation, one of the suspects brandished a machete and struck the 44-year-old victim on the left wrist and right leg, according to cops.

The second suspect punched the 32-year-old victim in the face and unsuccessfully tried to steal his cellphone, police said.

The two suspects fled the station in a blue Honda Element with a Pennsylvania plate number of KLM7727, according to police.

The victims suffered injuries throughout their bodies and were hospitalized at St. Barnabas Hospital in stable condition.
