NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police released a photo on Thursday of a man they are looking to identify accused of violently robbing 12-year-old girl in the Bronx last month.
It happened at approximately 2:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 18, when the girl was in the vicinity of West Mount Eden Avenue and Macombs Road in Mount Eden, authorities said.
According to officials, the suspect approached the girl on a bicycle and started a verbal dispute. He then snatched the victim's iPhone from her hand and pushed her to the ground, cops said.
The suspect fled the location on foot, traveling northbound on Macombs Road.
He was last seen wearing a red Miami Heat sweater, black sweatpants, white sneakers and a black mask.
