
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police on Friday released surveillance footage of a trio of would-be robbers who attacked a man and a woman on a Brooklyn subway train last month.
It happened at approximately 4:25 a.m. on Monday, Oct 21, when a 24-year-old man and 23-year-old woman were on-board a southbound N train approaching the 20th Avenue Station in Bensonhurst.
According to officials, three suspects approached and punched the man in the head and attempted to steal a cellphone from the woman.
No property was taken and the suspects fled the location on foot, traveling in an unknown direction.
The male victim sustained minor injuries and refused medical attention.
