NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A man suspected of committing three groping attacks on women in Manhattan was arrested early Saturday morning.
Police claim Damian Baeza Rendon, 20, was stalking his next victim when they arrested him around 3:45 a.m. near East 104th Street and Fifth Avenue outside Central Park.
Authorities believe Baeza Rendon is responsible for a July 31 attack in which he grabbed a 30-year-old woman's crotch on Greene Street near Broome Street in SoHo.
On Aug. 20, he allegedly pulled down a 33-year-old woman's dress and groped her on East 98th Street near Lexington Avenue in East Harlem around 1:58 a.m.
The most recent attack took place on Tuesday around 11:45 p.m. on East 89th Street near First Avenue in Yorkville. The suspect pulled down a 22-year-old woman's blouse and put his mouth on her breast before fleeing, according to police.
Police charged Baeza Rendon with sexual abuse and forcible touching.
