NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A woman from Maine who vanished after getting into a vehicle outside a McDonald's in Times Square on Monday has been found safe in Queens, the NYPD said Friday.
Surveillance cameras captured Christine Hammontree, 29, getting into a vehicle with a group of people outside a McDonald’s at West 45th Street and Broadway around 2:10 a.m. on Monday, the NYPD and the Falmouth Maine Police Department said Thursday.
On Friday, police said Hammontree was found "unharmed" in Long Island City.
Hammontree’s parents reported her missing on Tuesday, the NYPD said. The department didn't provide any additional information about her disappearance on Friday.
