NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A New Jersey man was struck and killed by two drivers while lying on the FDR Drive in East Harlem on Wednesday night, police said.

The NYPD on Friday identified the victim as Justin Siguencia, a 22-year-old man from Belleville.

It’s unclear why he was lying on the left lane of the northbound FDR Drive at East 105th Street just before midnight Thursday morning.

According to police, the driver of a Honda Odyssey ran over him, and then the driver of a Mini Cooper also struck him.

EMS pronounced him dead at the scene, police said.

A 35-year-old man driving the Honda and a 45-year-old woman driving the Mini Cooper both remained at the scene. Neither of them was injured.

No arrests have been reported as the investigation continues.
