NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 20-year-old Queens man who vanished near Saks Fifth Avenue in Midtown Monday evening was found safe on Tuesday, police said.
Phillip Kozlova was "located and is safe," police said, after he went missing outside the store on Fifth Avenue around 7 p.m. Monday.
It wasn't immediately known exactly when or where he was found.
Police had asked for the public's help in finding Kozlova, who is reportedly nonverbal, as temps dipped into the 20s outside early Monday.
