NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – The New York City Sheriff broke up a party at an illegal club in Manhattan—the second time in a month a party has been busted at the location.

Over 120 people were at the illegal club on Harrison Street, near Hudson Street in Tribeca, on Friday night, according to the sheriff.

The bust came weeks after sheriff deputies broke up a party with over 200 people at the same building in late February.

Authorities said the club had no liquor license and was illegally serving alcohol to minors in addition to health violations.

Responding deputies witnessed a “visibly intoxicated” 17-year-old boy crashing down a flight of stairs during the raid, according to the New York Post.

“Upon questioning, he stated to deputy sheriffs that he had consumed alcoholic beverages he purchased at the party,” officials said. The teen was taken to an area hospital and then released into the custody of his parents.

The sheriff said partiers were “consuming alcohol, smoking marijuana and not wearing masks” at the illegal club.

The alleged host was busted on multiple charges, including violating pandemic emergency orders. A bartender and two DJs, as well as a party employee accused of selling marijuana, were also charged.
