NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Police arrested a 33-year-old New York City teacher for driving while intoxicated in Brooklyn early Sunday, authorities said.
Peterson Petit-Frere, who has been a teacher with the NYC Department of Education for seven years, was arrested at about 4:40 a.m., according to police.
Petit-Frere was charged with DWI, officials said.
The events leading up to the arrest remain unclear.
The NYPD released no further details regarding the arrest.
