NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are investigating after a man was shot and killed inside a Bronx building on Sunday night, authorities said.
At approximately 8 p.m., police responded to a 911 call of a man shot inside of 1096 West Farms Rd. in Longwood.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 45-year-old man with gunshot wounds throughout his body.
He was transported by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln where he was later pronounced dead.
There are no arrests, and the investigation is ongoing.
The identity of the deceased is pending family notification.
