NEW YORK (WCBS 880) – Three NYPD officials rescued a baby who was choking on a Brooklyn street according to a video posted to Twitter on Monday.

The incident occurred on Willoughby and Duffield Streets in Downtown Brooklyn as 5-month-old Zayn Echevarria was out with his parents when he began choking.
Officers from the NYPD's 84 Precinct who were on scene were able to help and perform CPR to save baby Zayn's life.
"More than anything we're super grateful that we ran into you guys when we did and that we were able to save this little guy's life," Zayn's father Sean Echevarria said in a video shared on Twitter.
