Crystal Witherspoon, 55, of Brooklyn, was arrested just after 2 a.m. in the confines of the 81st Precinct, which covers Bedford Stuyvesant and Stuyvesant Heights.

Authorities said the incident involved Witherspoon’s girlfriend but did not provide details of the alleged assault.

According to police, EMS did not respond to the scene and there were no injuries reported as a result of the incident.

Witherspoon is facing a single assault charge.

She was the second New York City employee to be arrested over the weekend.

Off-duty FDNY firefighter Brian Duggan was also arrested Saturday morning and charged with Driving White Intoxicated, among other charges.

Witherspoon has worked as an NYPD school safety agent since December 1997, according to her LinkedIn page.
