Cops encountered the bodies of Ducille and her suspected boyfriend in the apartment at 2390 Creston Ave. around 4:50 p.m. Saturday.

Police sources said they responded to a call from a neighbor who spotted maggots dropping down from her ceiling.

Authorities have not yet identified the boyfriend, after police said they found a firearm next to him and are investigating if the alleged couple had died in a murder-suicide.

The NYPD confirmed Tuesday that Ducille was the victim of a homicide and that the investigation is ongoing.

Cops estimate that the bodies had been decaying for two weeks, police said.

Sources told the New York Post that police received domestic complaints in August and September that were linked to the address where their bodies were located.

A neighbor reportedly told police they heard gunshots around the time authorities said the fatal incident occurred, but did not report it.
