NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD on Thursday released photos of a pair of burglars who stole over 100 boxes of prescription drugs from a Manhattan clinic earlier this month.
According to police, two suspects loitered outside the East Side Endoscopy Clinic, at the intersection of East 22nd Street and Second Avenue, on Nov. 12, at around 3:00 a.m.
Cops said the first suspect manipulated the front door to gain access to the clinic, as a second acted as a lookout.
Once inside, the first suspect gained access to the basement of the clinic and removed 55 boxes of Fentanyl, 25 boxes of Promethazine and 25 boxes of Toradol.
Authorities said he then exited the clinic with the boxes and the duo fled on bicycles.
Both men are described as middle-aged with medium builds, police said.
