NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is searching for a group of men accused of burglarizing a Queens church on Friday, according to authorities.
The robbery happened at 1:45 a.m. inside the Saint Anastasia Church located at 45-14 245th St. in Douglaston when the three suspects pried open a rear door of the church and entered the rectory, officials said.
Once inside they removed a safe, credit cards, and approximately $125 dollars before fleeing southbound on 245th Street in a light colored SUV.
