NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police arrested a Queens middle school teacher Tuesday for allegedly raping a teen girl.
David Ospino, 36, was charged with rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
Ospino taught at I.S. 204 Oliver W. Holmes on 28th Street in Long Island City and was arrested while at work.
A 14-year-old female student came forward accusing Ospino of raping her at his Forest Hills home when she was 13-year-old.
