NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A security guard was arrested and charged with assault after he stabbed a man in the face during a fight outside Penn Station that was caught on camera.
Walter Miller, 58, of Mount Vernon, was arrested and charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon, menacing and aggravated harassment after he got into a brawl with the man on Dec. 11, the New York Post reported.
A video taken by a bystander shows the two scuffling on the ground near Penn Station. Blood can be seen dripping from the man's face.
The two started arguing because Miller thought the man had tried to cut the line of travelers waiting for a taxi outside the station, the Post reported.
His attorney information wasn't immediately available Thursday.
