NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD on Wednesday released a photo of a man accused of repeatedly breaking into Bronx parking garages and stealing property from cars parked inside.

The first incident occurred just before 4 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 11, when the suspect entered a parking garage in the vicinity of Lydig Avenue and Matthews Avenue in Pelham Parkway. Once inside, he forcibly entered a vehicle and took property then fled the location on foot, traveling to parts unknown.

A short time later, at approximately 5:30 a.m. the suspect entered a parking lot on Lydig Avenue and Paulding Avenue, and entered multiple vehicles, taking property before fleeing the location on foot, traveling to parts unknown.

At about 2:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 21, the suspect forcibly entered a parking garage in the vicinity of Barnes Avenue and Brady Avenue in Pelham Parkway by breaking a window.

Once inside, the suspect forcibly entered multiple vehicles and stole property then fled the location in a gray four-door sedan, traveling southbound on Barnes Avenue.

According to WABC-TV, the suspect used a special tool to smash the windows of more than 20 vehicles.
