NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police released images Tuesday of a shirtless suspect who allegedly bashed a man over the head with a glass bottle in broad daylight near City Hall Park.
The 20-year-old victim was attacked at 11:45 a.m. in front of the David N. Dinkins Manhattan Municipal Building on Centre Street, a short walk from City Hall, police said.
According to police, a man came up and hit him on the head with the glass bottle, causing lacerations to his face and neck.

The victim was hospitalized in stable condition at Bellevue Hospital.
The suspect took off on foot after the attack but was captured on subway surveillance footage released by the NYPD.
