NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The son of a Brooklyn Supreme Court judge was arrested Tuesday morning for his alleged involvement in the Capitol siege last week.

Aaron Mostofsky, son of Judge Shlomo Mostofsky was arrested by the FBI just before 10 a.m., at his brother's home in Midwood.

In a video obtained by the Twitter account NYScanner, a swarm of FBI agents can be seen surrounding the home, and one agent is seen carrying a fur pelt and wooden staff.

He faces four charges, including felony theft of government property.

Photos and videos taken inside the Capitol building last week, show a fur pelt and bulletproof vest-clad Aaron Mostofsky carrying a riot shield and a wooden stick, Gothamist reported.

In an interview with the New York Post, Mostofsky said he participated in the siege on the Capitol to “express my opinion as a free American" and believes that "this election was stolen.”
