
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are searching for two men sought for shooting a man during an attempted robbery in the Bronx over the weekend.
At approximately 7:15 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5, a 34-year-old man was approached by the two suspects in front of 1700 Crotona Park East.
The suspects discharged a firearm, striking the victim in the right leg and attempted to remove property from him.
The suspects then fled the location in a tan sedan, traveling southbound on Crotona Park East.

EMS transported the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital in stable condition.
The first suspect was last seen wearing a black jacket and blue jeans.
The second was last seen wearing all black.
