
NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) -- A 1-year-old girl was found safe Tuesday morning, shortly after the SUV she was in was stolen from outside a Harlem preschool, police said.
The parents were dropping off their older child at the preschool at West 134th Street and Eighth Avenue around 9 a.m. when someone hopped in their idling Honda Pilot and took off.
NYPD gave chase and caught up to the stolen vehicle at East 72nd and First Avenue on the Upper East Side by 10 a.m.
The girl was found unharmed and a suspect was arrested at the scene.
