NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – A teen was fatally stabbed and a man injured after an argument with a group of unidentified individuals in Chinatown on Thursday, police said.
The two victims got into a dispute with another group near 96 Lafayette St. at around 1:50 a.m.
Police officers arrived at the scene after receiving a 911 call and found both victims stabbed in the chest with a sharp object.
The teen boy, 17, was rushed to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue, where he was pronounced dead.
The man, 19, was also rushed to the hospital and was treated for non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
No arrests have been made in connection with the stabbing.
An investigation is ongoing.
