Teen sought in Harlem shooting that killed woman, injured fiancé: NYPD

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD on Friday named a teen as a person of interest in the fatal shooting of a woman in Harlem at the beginning of the year, officials said.

According to police, on Jan. 16, 18-year-old Moussa Cisse shot 29-year-old Shadina Smith three times in the chest in the lobby of her apartment at 301 W. 150 Street and wounded her fiancé.

Smith was rushed to Harlem Hospital where she was pronounced dead.

Her fiancé, 26, was also struck in the stomach and left arm during the gunfire, officials said.

Cisse is described by police as a Black male, 5'5", 180lbs.
