NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A teenage boy died after he was stabbed on a bus in Staten Island Friday afternoon, authorities said.
According to officials, the 13-year-old boy was stabbed at about 2:30 p.m. on an S78 bus near Hylan Boulevard and Littlefield Avenue in Eltingville.
Another 13-year-old boy was taken into custody.
The victim was rushed to Staten Island University Hospital in critical condition, cops said. He died shortly after.
An investigation remains ongoing.
