NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A teen was stabbed to death on an upper Manhattan street on Saturday afternoon, police said.
The 17-year-old was stabbed at 181st Street and St. Nicholas Avenue in Washington Heights just after 2 p.m., according to police.
Police said the teen was stabbed in his torso and that he flagged down EMTs, who rushed him to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital.
The victim, later identified as Gerardo Rivas, was pronounced dead at the hospital.
