NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Police are searching for a teen suspect who they say pummeled a 79-year-old woman on a Chelsea street this week.
The NYPD released images Tuesday of the female they’re after in connection with the attack at 300 West 17th St. on Monday morning.
The victim and the teen were in some sort of dispute around 11:50 a.m. when the latter went on the attack.
She pummeled the victim, punching her multiple times in the head and face, police said. She then fled westbound on West 17th Street.
The victim was treated by EMS at the scene and didn’t require hospitalization.
