Teens hold Dunkin' employee at knifepoint in Bronx attempted robbery

NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) — A pair of knife-wielding teen boys are wanted by the NYPD in connection with an attempted robbery at a Dunkin’ in the Bronx earlier this month, and police on Friday released photos of the suspects.

The two suspects entered the establishment, located at 1167 Webster Ave. in the Morrisania section, at 6:06 a.m. on June 2 and demanded cash from an employee.

He refused and the would-be robbers fled on foot with nothing, traveling northbound on Webster Avenue.

The first suspect was last seen wearing gray sweatpants and classic Crocs with no shirt, while the second suspect was clad in all black.
