
NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – A woman in her 40s was stabbed as she argued with three teens at the Bowling Green subway station in Lower Manhattan on Thursday morning, police said.
The victim was in a dispute with the teens on a 4-line platform just before 6 a.m. when one of them stabbed her in the leg, according to cops.
The victim’s condition wasn’t immediately known, but police described the stab wound as non-life-threatening.
The three teens fled, but police officers tracked them down to the South Ferry/Whitehall Street station and arrested them, according to cops.
A 15-year-old girl and two other teens will be charged in the case, the NYPD said.
