NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A thieving duo stole wallets and bank cards from at least four patrons at a Lower East Side club in a week, police said Thursday as they released images of the suspects.
All four thefts happened between Sept. 13 and Sept. 20 at the Two Doors Down NYC club and lounge on East Houston Street, according to police.
The four victims—three women in their early 20s and a man in his 40s—were at the club between 10:30 p.m. and 2:30 a.m. on Friday or Saturday nights when they had valuables stolen.
The stolen items included wallets, credit cards and a cellphone, police said. In each case, the stolen credit cards were used to make multiple unauthorized transactions.
No injuries were reported in the thefts.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
