NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD released surveillance footage on Wednesday of a duo of thieves wanted for stealing packages from the hands of New York City deliverymen last month.
The first incident happened at approximately 1:20 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 28 while a 53-year-old man was preparing to deliver a package to 700 Ocean Ave. in Flatbush. According to officials, two suspects approached the victim at the entrance and stole the box from his hands then fled on foot.
At approximately 1:35 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 29, a 48-year-old man was preparing to deliver a package to 3143 Arnow Pl. in Pelham Bay when the two suspects approached him at the entrance and knocked him to the ground before stealing a box from the victim's hands.
The suspects then fled in a gray Honda sedan driven by an unidentified third individual.
Neither victim was injured.
